Tea with the People: Conversation on Coronavirus, Race, and Democracy
Grab a cup of tea, select your device of choice, and join an intimate hour of thoughtful, online conversation on race and democracy.
Make America Dinner Again (MADA) and Racial Agency Initiative (RAI) have teamed up to host conversations on race and democracy. Over the next few Saturdays, Justine Lee (Co-creator of MADA) and Jeanelle Austin (Founder of RAI) will facilitate an 1-hour, healthy dialog between a small group of 8-10 guests on various topics related to how the coronavirus pandemic impacts race and democracy in the United States. Anyone from any social location, political affiliation, and cultural background is welcome. Participants will meet online via Zoom.
