Customized Coaching
As an individual client, you will receive customized coaching that builds your confidence to utilize your influence at work, within your family, or in various social circles to embody racial justice. Beginning with your knowledge-base of race and professional skill sets, your coach will 1) help you identify your goals; 2) help you understand how to pursue those goals, using your unique set of strengths; and 3) coach you through a plan to effectively identify and address racism within your scope of influence.

6-Month
Build off of the Starter Package with guided coaching. You will work with your coach to set an objective and complete tasks that will develop your skills to effectively respond to racism within your scope of influence.

Go Deep
12-Month
Work with your coach to build your proficiency in identifying racism and effectively responding to it. Navigate multiple objectives in your life, and get coached through experiential tools and resources relevant to your goals that will grow your capacity and build your confidence.
